HEAD OF PR & BRAND
Lead the strategy and stories that define Sunly’s voice and brand.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of PR and Brand to join our dynamic team!
Your focus areas:
Public relations & communications
- Define and manage Sunly Group’s communication strategy.
- Turn the strategy into action through a clear plan. This includes leading and carrying out key activities, such as organising Investor Day to managing key communication initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for media and create various types of content - from press releases and blog posts to news stories and LinkedIn posts.
- Support internal communication on key strategic topics and group-wide initiatives.
Brand management
- Own how the Sunly brand is represented, ensuring consistency and alignment with our values.
- Collaborate with our external design partner to maintain and evolve our Corporate Visual Identity (CVI).
Project management & leadership
- Coordinate and support various communication and brand-related projects, such as producing the Annual Report, developing Sunly’s sponsorship principles, and managing related activities.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Communication and Branding team - including both internal colleagues and agency partners.
What describes you:
- Experience in PR, communications, brand management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of media relations, brand consistency, and strategic communication.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Estonian.
- Skilled collaborator with strong coordination and project management abilities.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to turn strategy into concrete action.
- Genuine interest in renewable energy and an eagerness to use innovation and AI to enhance communication.
